Skyline roofs are available in Standard, Aurora or Skylow versions for both SWB and LWB VW Transporters.  They also offer roofs for the SWB Ford Transit Custom, New Ford Transit Custom V710/VW T7, VW Crafter, Mercedes Sprinter, Renault Trafic and a number of others.
If Skyline do not make a roof for your van then Streamline almost certainly will.
